East Anglian Chambers has a number of practitioners of all levels of seniority with expertise in a wide range of insolvency and insolvency related matters.

 

These include all areas of personal and corporate insolvency, proceedings brought by and against office holders, Directors Disqualification and Bankruptcy Restriction Order proceedings and insolvency issues in property and matrimonial proceedings.

 

All Insolvency group members are available across the region and in London as a matter of course, and further afield when required.
