Claire regularly deals with complex cases involving non-accidental injury, sexual abuse, domestic violence and parental alienation.

Claire is used to representing a wide range of clients from vulnerable adults with learning difficulties or mental health or psychological difficulties, professional guardians and social workers. Claire can put the clients at ease and ensure their voice is heard whilst giving robust and practical advice.

Previously, as a solicitor, she was a partner in a firm in South East Essex and the head and supervisor of the family department. Claire was an accredited member of the Law Society’s Children Panel and also a member of Resolution, Grandparents Association and the Association of Lawyers for Children.
