25 July 2019

I commend this short article by Peter Wright, of Digital Law, to my fellow barristers and other businesses that do not think they need pay much attention to GDPR issues.  You may not process electronic records containing personal details, but what of paper documents containing sensitive information, job applications, or staff appraisals?  Do you share these with others in the firm, or on committees – either on paper or by email?  Carelessness can be not only seriously embarrassing to your reputation but now also expensive.  GKS
