East Anglian Chambers welcomes new tenant Katie Ross
10 September 2025East Anglian Chambers is thrilled to announce that Katie Ross will be joining us on Monday 15 September 2025.
Prior to being called to the Bar in 2017, Katie practised as a Solicitor and Advocate. Katie has a thriving law practice, her specialism being private and public children work and with her areas of expertise including:
- Protracted or complex child arrangement cases involving issues of mental health, parental alienation, domestic abuse, sexual abuse and drug and alcohol abuse, where expert evidence is obtained.
- Child protection, regularly instructed by various Local Authorities, parents and children’s guardians within care proceedings. Katie has developed expertise in dealing with matters involving cognitive, psychiatric and psychological difficulties, sexual abuse, mental health and complex non-accidental injuries.
- Adoption proceedings.
- Injunctive proceedings including non-molestation orders and occupation orders.
- Deprivation of liberty orders in the High Court in respect of children.
Katie can accept instructions directly from members of the public.
