Funds raised for Suffolk Law Centre
11 November 2018At a thoroughly enjoyable and well-attended annual dinner on Saturday 10th November at Stoke by Nayland Hotel those present raised the sum of £660 in aid of the Suffolk Law Centre, of which East Anglian Chambers is a founding sponsor.
Speaking after an excellent meal Head of Chambers Graham Sinclair formally welcomed this year’s four new members – Claire Thorne, Craig Tipper, Jonathan Hasson and Manan Singh – and returning member Matthew Edwards (after spending five years working for Darwin College, Cambridge). He also welcomed new junior clerks Rachel Dewing (mainly at Norwich) and Lucy Jenkins (Ipswich) before going on to congratulate members on East Anglian Chambers’ many successful entries in the new 2019 edition of Legal 500.
Guests of honour were former members of chambers HHJ Graham Parnell and Cherie Parnell.
