New Lord Chief Justice appointed

The Rt Hon Sir Ian Burnett has been appointed Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales from Monday 2nd October 2017

Sir Ian succeeds Lord Thomas of Cwmgiedd, who retires officially on 1st October.
