Members of the team have vast experience in prosecuting and defending in a wide range of regulatory offences such as Trading Standards cases for instance involving counterfeit goods, animal welfare & RSPCA cases, and Health & Safety matters.
We also have vast experience in licensing matters, such as alcohol licensing, taxi licensing as well as firearms and shotgun licences. Members are often called upon to act for local authorities or appellants in the magistrates’ court and beyond challenging decisions by council sub-committees or other regulatory bodies.
