Kelly Church

Kelly was called to the Bar in 2025 after being a solicitor advocate for many years. Kelly qualified as a solicitor in October 2004 and was a member of the Law Society accredited Children Panel.

Kelly had a busy workload as a solicitor representing children and parents in private and public law proceedings and undertaking her own advocacy. Kelly has strong organisational skills, an eye for detail and is a determined advocate for her clients.  She was used to dealing with vulnerable clients, including learning difficulties and mental health conditions. Her background as a solicitor in terms of client care, negotiation and case preparation, add to her skills as an advocate.

Kelly has experience in dealing with complex private law children cases involving parental alienation, domestic abuse, sexual abuse and abduction. In public law proceedings Kelly has experience of dealing with cases involving non accidental injuries, sexual abuse, fabricated illnesses and cases involving international elements.
