Louise specialises in private and public family law, which is complemented by her work for local authorities and housing associations regarding anti-social behaviour.
Family
Louise has experience in all areas of family law including private, public and matrimonial finance.
She is regularly instructed to represent local authorities, parents, grandparents and children in all stages of proceedings including emergency applications. She also has experience in complex matters involving non-accidental injury and jurisdictional issues.
Civil
Prior to joining Chambers Louise worked for eastlaw, the in-house legal team for North Norfolk District Council, advising on a wide range of matters. She has regularly been instructed by both councils and housing associations, on various matters of local government law with a particular interest in anti-social behaviour.
She continues to appear regularly in the County Court.
