Rachel specialises in ancillary relief proceedings. She has experience of assisting clients in a full range of financial cases, from low asset to big money cases. Rachel has been instructed to deal with complex arrangements involving family trusts, intervenor companies, assets outside of the jurisdiction, maintenance issues including when one party is outside of the jurisdiction and complicated pension arrangements. Rachel has aided clients all the way through from initial pre-proceeding conferences, directions appointments, negotiations at financial dispute resolution appointments and representation at final hearing as well as alternative methods of resolution such as private FDRs outside of proceedings.

Care Proceedings
Rachel is regularly instructed in care proceedings. She acts for Local Authorities, parents and grandparents in all stages of care proceedings, from Emergency Protection Orders through to multi-day Final Hearings and contested adoptions.
